Fun Fact: Haori jackets were worn in Japan by the elite warrior caste over their armor. Growth of the middle class around the 1700's led to these Haori jackets popping-up in more common dress. As this was frowned upon, these fashionistas would use vibrant patterns on the inside lining, and more subdued prints on the outside. This explains these awesome contrast fabrics lining these jackets.
