Antique bronze cloisonné enamel dish with a beautiful border, floral and bird details.
Chinese, 19th century. Great to use as a soap dish, holding paper clips on your desk or holding your watch/jewelry on the nightstand. Cloisonné is a traditional Chinese technique in which enamel/glass/gemstones are separated by strips of flattened wire placed edgeways on a metal backing.
Measurements: 4.75” x 3.25” x .125”
This dish is great condition for it's age, but has overall wear and tear and some chipping in the enamel on the top and bottom. See pictures and feel free to ask any questions.
This little gem comes from the collection of my friends Mom who was an avid vintage collector and overall amazing woman. We are excited for her treasures to find new homes to live on in.
